Healthy Diet
Eating a healthy diet, which includes foods
that are low in fat and foods that have more fiber, can help keep your body
healthy and make it less likely you will get illnesses, including cancer.
Fresh fruits and vegetables are some of the healthiest low fat, high fiber
foods around, and they taste good too. You should try and eat at least 5
helpings of fresh fruit or vegetables every day. This means having a piece
of fruit or vegetable at every meal, plus some for snacks.
| A healthy diet can help prevent illnesses such as
cancer. It also helps to ensure your chances of a long and happy life. That
does not mean that you won't get cancer it just weakens your chances and
anything you can do to help prevent cancer is worth it. |
