New Haven, Conn. - Yale Cancer Center and Yale-New Haven Hospital present the Shoreline Medical Center Cancer Education Series for patients and their families living with cancer. July's lecture, The Role of Radiation Therapy in the Management of Breast Cancer will be on Thursday, July 28th at the Yale-New Haven Shoreline Medical Center at 111 Goose Lane, Guilford. A light supper will be served at 5:30 p.m.; the lecture will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m.
Dr. Susan Higgins, Associate Professor of Therapeutic Radiology will discuss the use of radiation therapy for treatment of breast cancer and will answer questions.
