Understanding Gynecological Cancers

New Haven, Conn. — Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale-New Haven and Yale Cancer Center will present a free health talk entitled, “Understanding Gynecological Cancers” on Wednesday, January 13th in Yale-New Haven Hospital's East Pavilion cafeteria.
The lecture is part of the ongoing Understanding Cancer Lecture Series for patients and families living with cancer. A light supper will be served at 6:00 p.m.; the lecture will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m.
Dr. Peter Schwartz, the John Slade Ely Professor of Gynecologic Oncology at Yale, will review the latest information on the detection and treatment of gynecological malignancies. At the end of the presentation, guests will have time to ask Dr. Schwartz questions.
