Ismaele Jacques

Ismaele Ling Jacques, PhD, MSN, APRN (BC), ANCC, AOCNP, is a nurse practitioner in the Palliative Care Clinic at Smilow Cancer Hospital. Ismaele holds a bachelor of science in biology from Brooklyn College and a doctorate of philosophy of science from Yale University. She pursued her nursing degree at the Yale School of Nursing, where she trained as an adult nurse practitioner. Ismaele began her clinical practice with the Urologic Oncology Clinic at Yale Cancer Center, subsequently joining the Palliative Care team in 2016. She holds additional board certification as an Adult Oncology Nurse Practitioner.
