Yale and Fudan University in Shanghai, under the direction of Yale Genetics Professor Tian Xu, are carrying out large genetic screens in mice to elucidate the basic mechanisms of disease development. The goals of the Center are to perform cutting-edge research and training, to serve as a model for academic reform in China, and to promote international exchange and cooperation.
