ACRIN 6690: A Prospective, Multicenter Comparison of Multiphase Contrast-Enhanced CT and Multiphase Contrast-Enhanced MRI for Diagnosis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma and Liver Transplant Allocation
Liver | Liver Cancer
What is the purpose of this trial?
The study aims to compare the sensitivity of multiphase contrast-enhanced CT to that of multiphase contrast-enhanced MRI for diagnosing hepatocellular carcinoma in patients with chronic liver disease. Primary analysis for the comparison will be performed at the lesion level using core laboratory interpretations of the imaging studies, and a secondary analysis will be performed at the patient level.
