Yale Cancer Center and Smilow Cancer Hospital are committed to:

To meet these commitments, YCC is partnering with Huron Consulting Group to plan for the future of YCC clinical trials operations. The initiative will leverage best practices and the collective input of individuals throughout YCC to design a contemporary, nimble operating model capable of meeting current demands as well as empowering our leaders with the tools and knowledge they need to manage our evolving business in the years to come.

YCC is committed to transparent communication around the progress and outcomes of this project. To this end, this site contains:

  • Background information that may help contextualize the initiative
  • Upcoming opportunities to learn more about the this work or provide feedback (townhalls, roadshows, etc.)
  • Contact information for project team members, who can collect your feedback and address your questions or concerns
  • Other resources, such as documentation (trainings, SOPs, etc.).

We encourage you to visit this site regularly, as we plan to update it with important information regularly. We look forward to working with you to bolster YCC’s clinical research infrastructure to enable more effective, efficient management of clinical research. The Clinical Trials operational planning team looks forward to keeping you informed throughout this effort.
