Mitchell Clark, MD, a gynecologic oncologist at Smilow Cancer Hospital and Assistant Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Sciences at Yale School of Medicine, has expanded his practice to care for women at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital and the Smilow Cancer Hospital Care Center in Waterford, joining Elena Ratner, MD, Associate Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Sciences and Co-Chief for the Section of Gynecologic Oncology at Smilow Cancer Hospital. Dr. Clark received his medical degree from American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and
completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Yale New Haven Health. He recently completed his fellowship as part of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Toronto where he was also a Sub-Investigator in the Canadian Cancer Trials Group at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. In 2017, he received an Award of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology from the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. His clinical focus is on the care of women at high-risk of ovarian cancer and sex and intimacy after a cancer diagnosis.
