Getting a Better Look at the Enemy to Devise a Battle Plan
For most cancer patients, the pathologist remains a signature at the bottom of a report. But when a patient with an aggressive prostate cancer asked to look at the slides showing the malignancy, Peter Humphrey, MD, PhD, invited him to review his slides at the microscope.
