Robert Legare, MD, received his MD from Tufts University School of Medicine, completed his residency training at Yale New Haven Hospital, and a hematology and oncology fellowship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School. He served as Co-Director of the Breast Health Center and Director of the Cancer Genetics & Prevention Program at the Women & Infants Hospital in Providence, RI and had a prior faculty appointment at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Dr. Legare is actively involved in clinical research focused on breast and ovarian cancers and has cared for cancer patients in the Westerly, RI area for over 22 years.
Rebecca Vanasse-Passas, MD, graduated from Albany Medical College and completed her residency and fellowship at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park, NY. She also completed a fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Care at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, NY. Dr. Vanasse-Passas has an interest in the impact of palliative care consults on oncology patients and is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care.
