Douglas E. Brash, PhD receives the Yale Cancer Center Basic Science Research Prize

Douglas E. Brash, PhD received the Yale Cancer Center Basic Science Research Prize at Yale Cancer Center's annual Conclave for his paper "Chemiexcitation of melanin derivatives induces DNA photoproducts long after UV exposure" published in Science. Dr. Brash is a Clinical Professor of Therapeutic Radiology and a member of the Radiobiology and Radiotherapy Research Program. Dr. Joann Sweasy presented the award.
