OnCore

OnCore is a suite of clinical and translational research modules consisting of software for clinical research, patient registry and biospecimen management. It is a product of Forte Research Systems, based in Madison, WI. Yale Cancer Center, YCCI, and other staff use OnCore for protocol entry and administration, subject enrollment and management, and SAE and deviation tracking.

Access to the system is provided to those individuals who work directly in an area where OnCore has been formally implemented, and also to those individuals who provide support to those areas (e.g. Pharmacy). If you fall into one of these categories and are a registered user on the system, you can access the system at: https://oncore.ynhh.org.
