Biography
Mahid is a postgraduate associate studying cancer and immunology in the Mlynarczyk Lab at Yale. He is from Hebron, CT and received his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Connecticut. During his time at the University of Connecticut, Mahid was a part of the Chen Lab and researched nano-matrix scaffolds for growth plate regeneration. He also researched the drug delivery profiles of immunotherapy-loaded embolic hydrogels as a BESIP intern at the National Institutes of Health. Mahid is interested in exploring therapeutic targets in B cell Lymphoma and seeks to leverage skills in targeted drug-delivery towards B cell lymphoma treatment. Outside of the lab, he enjoys spending time with family, playing soccer, and trying as many local restaurants as possible.
